All About Us
- We are a non-profit organization which provides a service to the community by providing housing for all income levels. The purpose of our association is to educate landlords and property managers in successful management techniques and to keep them updated on the constantly changing laws and regulations that govern the housing industry.
- Our association hold meetings every month to keep us informed of the new regulations forthcoming. We have various speakers come to help us keep informed on local events and how to keep our tenants and property safe.
- Our organization is associated with other rental groups throught Oregon and we are all members of the Oregon Rental Housing Association in Salem, Oregon. We look forward to having new members and associate members to our group.
